Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: Are there any hidden fees or extra charges at checkout?
A: No. We maintain 100% pricing transparency. The price displayed at checkout is the exact amount you pay. We do not charge any handling fees, credit card surcharges, or restocking fees.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders rapidly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of order placement at support@warmsale.com. Once an order enters warehouse fulfillment, it cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer 100% FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all orders across the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states), with no minimum purchase requirement.
Q: Where do you ship from and what are the estimated delivery times?
A: All orders are dispatched from our U.S. warehouse network.
Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
Transit Time: 3 – 7 business days.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 10 business days.
Q: How do I track my shipment?
A: Once your package is picked up by our carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS), you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a direct tracking link. You can also monitor your shipment on our Track Order page.
3. INSTALLATION & PRODUCT SAFETY
Q: What wall types are compatible with your heavy-duty racks?
A: Our wall racks and overhead storage systems are designed for heavy loads and must be mounted into solid wood wall studs or solid concrete/masonry walls. They should NOT be mounted onto drywall/plaster alone without underlying structural support.
Q: Are mounting hardware and assembly instructions included?
A: Yes! Every package includes all standard heavy-duty mounting hardware (such as steel lag bolts) and an easy-to-follow step-by-step installation guide.
4. RETURNS, REFUNDS & WARRANTY
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery to request a return for unused, uninstalled items in their original packaging.
Q: Is there a restocking fee for returned items?
A: No. We charge $0.00 in restocking fees. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will also provide a prepaid return label free of charge.
Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Once your returned package arrives at our U.S. warehouse, our team inspects it within 1–3 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method (Visa or Mastercard) and typically post to your account within 3 – 5 business days.
Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
A: Yes, all our eligible storage racks are backed by our Lifetime Warranty against material and manufacturing defects when installed and used according to our official weight capacity guidelines.
